Debi was nothing short of extraordinary as our wedding planner.  From the very beginning, it was clear that we weren't asking for something simple - we had different cultural elements to juggle, a packed itinerary, a large wedding party and plenty of moving parts (and personalities) to manage.  Somehow, Debi handled it all with calm, professionalism, and an incredible attention to detail.  What truly set apart was her ability to stay organized and composed no matter what came up.  Every moment flowed seamlessly into the next, and even the moments that could have been stressful were handled so smoothly that we barely noticed them.  She and her team anticipated needs before they even arose and made everyone feel taken care of - us, our families, and our guests.  Beyond logistical skills, Debi brought a warmth and reassurance that made the entire process enjoyable.  She listened closely to our vision and turned it into something even more beauthiful than we imagined.  It genuinely felt like she was just as invested in making our day perfect as we were.  Thanks to Debi and her team, what could have been overwhelming experience become one of the magical and memorable time in our lives.  She was a huge part in bringing our dream wedding to life.  We are endlessly grateful.  

There are so many things I could say about Calliope Weddings and Events, but the first thing that comes to mind is thank you!  Planning a wedding can definitely be stressful, and while I had my moments, it was never because of our planner, Debi Sas.  Honestly, she was the one easing so much of that stress.  From start to finish, Debi went above and beyond for both my husband and me and made the whole process feel so much more manageable and actually enjoyable.  She handled communication so well, kept everyone on track and on time, and paid attention to every single detail.  Anything that came up, she took care of it without hesitation.  She truly carried the stress of the day so I could just enjoy being a bride, and you could tell she was happy to do it.  She was made for this.  Since I was a little girl I always dreamed of having the perfect wedding, and Debi and her team truly made that dream come to life for us.  Every question was answered, every problem was handled, and every detail was taken care of with as much care and intention.  I am so grateful for the heart and dedication she pours into what she does.  If you're trying to decide who to trust with your wedding or event, this is it.  These are your people!!!

Debi is one of a kind!!!  She knew just how to help every step of the wedding process.  She helped us find the best vendor team; that helped to make the day smooth and easy!!  Her and her assistant helped to make sure the schedule for the day was all on time and moved efficiently!!!  All my other vendors loved that she had such a thorough and thought out schedule!  I knew that my wedding was completely perfect in the hands of Debi!!  I knew that she would have eveything perfect AND IT WAS!!!  We had the BEST DAY EVER and Debi was truly the reason why everything was able to be so perfect!!  I had spent so much time making sure the planning was perfect and I didn't have to worry about anything day !!!  IF YOU ARE THINKING ABOUT BOOKING DO IT!!!!!

Calliope Weddings and Events did such an amazing job helping us plan and execute our special day!  We worked alongside Debi and loved how organized, detail focused, and productive she was.  We had a few challenges come up on our wedding day and Debi was right there to help us fix all problems from a flower mix up, sparkler shortage, and dress malfunction.  We highly recommend using this vendor to those in the future.  We can't thank Calliope Weddings and Events more for all their help. 

Debi was hands down one of the most thorough, calm, and prepared individuals I have ever met.  She knew how to guide my Fiance and I through the beginning of planning to the last seconds of our reception.  I felt very calm knowing she was taking care of all the little details on the day of, because she had asked and remembered/kept notes about everything we had talked about the months leading up to the event.  If you want a coordinator who truly knows the ins and outs of weddings & knows how to take the right things off your plate (decision paralysis can be overwhelming) you need Debi!
